FAQ
1. Where do you ship to?
We try to ship to as many countries as possible. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Gaza Strip, Lebanon, Niue (accepting Priority Mail Express International only), Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Yemen. We wish everyone experiencing hardship in these areas peace & freedom.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where the merch is coming from. Many items ship from different locations. Items shipped from Angel’s personal stock may take up to several weeks. However, most made-to-order items are shipped within one or two business days.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout depending on weight, size, and your location. We try to be modest with shipping rates. If an item seems to have a high shipping rate, there is some legitimate reason why, such as it costing more to ship that particular item from that particular location.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
We sure do. See question #1.
5. Can I track my order?
Shopify will provide tracking for you.
6. What do I do if my package is lost or delayed?
It could be due to any number of reasons. Get in touch with your name, address, order number, and anything else we might need to know. Please understand that only certain items are shipped from our location. Many items are shipped from other locations, sometimes other countries, depending on the item. We will always forward you to someone who can help with your issue.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Send us a message ASAP and we will see what we can do. In some cases, this isn’t possible, and in others, it is.
8. Do you offer local pickup for orders?
Under most circumstances, no. However, some merch will be available at Fire-Toolz shows. Please contact us ahead of time to see if something can be arranged.
9. Are your items limited edition?
Some are, some aren’t. We prefer to keep things in stock as long as possible, but some items were produced in bulk in a limited quantity.
10. What sizes do your apparel items come in?
As many sizes as the manufacturer makes available. If something comes in 5XL, we stock it. We feel VERY STRONGLY about inclusivity when it comes to body type/shape/size, and it sucks that larger garments cost us more, therefore cost you more.
11. What kind of printing/quality do you use for T-shirts and hoodies?
Many garments are DTG. Some are embroidered. Some are screen-printed. It depends on the item. Of course, high quality is the standard and always what we shoot for. If you have a quality issue, get in touch.
12. Will you be restocking sold-out items?
When possible. We always prefer things stay in stock, but we don’t always have control over that. You should be able to enter your email on any product listing to be notified when and if it comes back in stock.
13. How do I take care of my vinyl to keep it in the best condition?
Make sure you handle your vinyl discs by the edges to avoid prints, dust, dirt, etc. Store your vinyl vertically in sleeves, away from heat and sunlight. Before and after playing, use a carbon fiber brush to get rid of dust. Clean records with a vinyl cleaning solution. Keep the stylus clean. To minimize static build-up, use anti-static brushes.
14. Can I return or exchange merchandise if it doesn’t fit?
Most items purchased from our stock can be returned within 30 days, depending on your use of it. Most wearable merch is printed on demand outside our location and for those items, our manufacturer doesn’t allow returns or exchanges unless your stuff arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Measurements are provided in every listing (either with a chart in the description or an image in the carousel). Unless we forgot to include one… in which case, please send a message!
15. Are signed copies of albums available?
This practice is discouraged. It’s not that the answer is a definitive NO, but… we would like it to be.
16. How do I download my sample pack after purchase?
You’ll get your files immediately upon checkout. You’ll get a download link on your screen and in an email that will be sent to you automatically.
17. What file formats do the sample packs come in?
24-bit 48kHz WAV files.
18. Are the samples royalty-free?
Yes!
19. Can I use these sounds in commercial projects?
Yes!
20. Do I need special software to use the samples?
Anything you can get WAV files into. DAWs, samplers, cassettes, whatever your thing is. Sample packs do not come with any kind of software.
21. How do I access past purchases if I lost my download link?
If you lost your download link, you can access your past purchases by checking your original order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, contact us with your order number and the email used for the purchase, and we’ll resend your download link. If you’re using an account on our store, you may also be able to find your past purchases in your account dashboard.
22. What’s the difference between buying individual packs and subscribing?
Subscribing gets you a brand-new, unreleased sample pack every month at a discount, whereas individual packs are usually full price. However, whether you buy individually or subscribe, you’ll get instant access to the pack you chose at checkout.
23. Can I get a refund on digital downloads?
Don’t be silly.
24. Are your sample packs compatible with my DAW?
They most definitely are. Unless for some strange reason your preferred DAW doesn’t use WAV files (wtf?), then of course you can just convert them to another format. No software is required to use these files—they are just WAVs.
25. What payment methods do you accept?
Our store uses Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Diners Club, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept PayPal, and we sell gift cards.
26. Do you offer discount codes or promotions?
Sometimes.
27. Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
I don’t know of any online merchants that allow this, but if an item is discounted on the store itself, and you have a coupon code, it’ll still work.
28. Do you offer gift cards?
Oh yeah.
29. Are there any bulk discounts for larger orders?
Not really, but contact us if you have a weird idea.
30. Can I return or exchange an item?
