Refund policy

Soccer Time! sells items shipped directly by Angel Hair Audio, LLC and made-to-order items produced and shipped by Printful. Return options depend on how the item is fulfilled. If you are unsure which applies, email angel@angelhairaudio.com with the product name or order number.

Items shipped directly by us

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn where applicable, with its original packaging and any tags. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Email us before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send a return without contacting us first. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and any necessary return shipping.

Print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printful

These items are made for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color, except where required by law. Please check the size chart and your selections before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue with Printful and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a covered problem. Do not mail the item back unless we instruct you to.

If a Printful shipment has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate. An incorrect address supplied at checkout may result in additional reshipping costs.

These arrangements follow Printful's return and refund policy. Please contact Soccer Time! for help with your order.

Exchanges

For eligible items shipped directly by us, contact us to arrange a return. You can then place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability. Printful items cannot be exchanged for a different size or color simply because of a selection error or change of mind.

Digital downloads and gift cards

Digital downloads and gift cards are non-returnable, except where required by law. If a download is missing, faulty, or not the file you purchased, email us so we can resolve the problem.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your claim or receiving and inspecting an authorized return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. If your order is shipped into the European Union, applicable law generally provides a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to its exceptions. Customers in Brazil have a 7-day statutory cancellation period after receiving an order. Where applicable law gives you a return, cancellation, or refund right, that right takes precedence over this policy.
