OVERVIEW
Welcome to Soccer Time!. Soccer Time! is operated by Angel Hair Audio, LLC (“Soccer Time!”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Through this website, we offer physical merchandise, music releases, and digital products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, CDs, cassette tapes, sample packs, downloadable audio files, presets, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide products and services to customers.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have obtained any required parental or legal consent.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity occurring under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
Soccer Time! offers both physical and digital products.
Physical products may include apparel, accessories, CDs, cassette tapes, stickers, and other merchandise. Some products are fulfilled directly by Angel Hair Audio, LLC, while others are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.
Digital products may include sample packs, downloadable audio files, PDFs, presets, software-compatible content, and other downloadable materials.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors, sizing, appearance, packaging, and product details may vary depending on manufacturing processes, screen settings, and other factors.
Certain products may be limited edition, handmade, independently manufactured, or produced in small quantities. Minor variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submission, including shipping addresses, product selections, and quantities.
SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for providing valid payment information and authorizing all charges associated with their purchases.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or similar governmental charges unless explicitly stated.
SECTION 5 - PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Certain products are manufactured and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners.
Production and shipping times for these products may differ from products shipped directly by Soccer Time!.
Products fulfilled by third-party partners may ship separately from other items in the same order.
Soccer Time! is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing facilities, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Soccer Time! is a small independently operated store. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on workload, inventory availability, travel, illness, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances.
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Digital products are non-refundable.
For physical products, customers must contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
Photographs or other documentation may be required to evaluate claims.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
Requests for reimbursement of shipping costs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Limited-edition, discontinued, out-of-stock, or one-of-a-kind items may not be eligible for replacement. In such situations, we may offer a refund, store credit, replacement with a comparable item, or another reasonable resolution at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, unreasonable requests, or fraudulent activity.
SECTION 8 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital products are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, delivered, accessed, or otherwise made available, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
• Sample packs
• Downloadable audio files
• Presets
• PDFs
• Digital artwork
• Software-compatible content
• Other downloadable materials
We are not responsible for incompatibilities involving operating systems, software versions, hardware configurations, DAWs, samplers, plugins, or other third-party tools unless explicitly stated.
SECTION 9 - SAMPLE PACK LICENSES
Sample packs sold through Soccer Time! may include separate license agreements distributed with the product.
Those license agreements govern the use of the sample pack contents and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific sample pack license agreement, the sample pack license agreement shall control with respect to that product.
SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to artwork, logos, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, audio, video, text, branding, and website design, is owned by Angel Hair Audio, LLC, its licensors, or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law or by written permission, no content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
SECTION 11 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may include access to third-party tools, platforms, applications, or services that we do not control.
These services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not responsible for the content, functionality, availability, security, or practices of any third-party service.
SECTION 12 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for examining, evaluating, or guaranteeing the accuracy, quality, legality, or content of third-party websites.
Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 13 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Soccer Time! is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store.
All purchases are made directly between you and Angel Hair Audio, LLC.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for products, orders, fulfillment, refunds, customer service, or transactions conducted through this store.
You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from transactions with Soccer Time!.
SECTION 14 - PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and its service providers as necessary to operate the Services.
SECTION 15 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, testimonials, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, publish, and distribute that feedback in connection with our business.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SECTION 20 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANGEL HAIR AUDIO, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SECTION 21 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angel Hair Audio, LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
SECTION 22 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 23 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Angel Hair Audio, LLC regarding the Services.
SECTION 24 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
SECTION 25 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting to the website unless otherwise required by law.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
